Where is my order?

There is something wrong with my purchase. What can I do?

Can I make changes to my order?

We begin processing your order immediately to ensure prompt delivery. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can amend it, but only to change the flavor of a product, not the product itself. For assistance, please contact our customer service team at support@tacticalathletesupplements.com.

Can I make changes to my subscription?

Absolutely!

You can pause, amend, or cancel your subscription.

These changes can be made through our enhanced Recharge customer portal. Simply log into your account and click on "manage subscriptions."

Please note that cancellations can only be made after two charges.

Discounts cannot be applied to subscription orders.

How can I return an item?

To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request to us within 14 days of your purchase date by contacting us or via the Website.

You will be required to ship your purchased goods back to us to receive a refund. We will not be able to issue you a refund if you do not ship the goods back to us. You will be responsible for paying all shipping and handling costs on any purchases that you are requesting a refund on.
